Utility Assistance Program

Blood River Baptist Association may assist the individual or address one (1) time per calendar year. So, if you move to another address you will not be eligible for assistance until the following year. If you have moved into a residence that has already been assisted (within the current calendar year) you will not be eligible for assistance until January of the following year.

REQUIRED: Attach copy of utility bill and photo ID with application.

Must be the person whose name is on the bill.
